What it means

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

What it does to an agent

Agents can usually carry on, but more slowly or less sure of what they found, and an unsure agent is likelier to recommend another store.

How to fix it

The suite expected this stage but the agent never got there. Check the path an agent must follow to reach it is discoverable without a human.

Check the fix

Run the check that reported CHECKPOINT_NOT_REACHED again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
