The agent gave up

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

Most agents fail at this point. The few that find a way round it spend more time and model calls doing so, and may give up before checkout.

The agent stopped without completing the goal and without hitting a limit. Read the trace: something on the page made the next action unclear.

Run the check that reported AGENT_GAVE_UP again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
