Questions

What counts as an agent journey?
One agent working through one shopping goal with an AI model. An AI shopping test with two agent styles uses two. Quick store checks and the free scan use no model, so they never count.
What happens when I reach a limit?
New work of that kind is refused until you upgrade or the month turns over. Nothing you already have is touched, and the dashboard shows each limit before you reach it.
Does tragent place real orders?
No. A journey stops before payment unless you allow checkout for a staging store, where it pays against a payment processor's test endpoints and no money moves.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from Settings › Billing in the dashboard. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
