What it means

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

What it does to an agent

An agent that meets this stops: it cannot finish the journey, and the shopper is sent to a store where it can.

How to fix it

A 5xx interrupted the journey mid-flow. Agents abandon on error rather than retrying like a shopper would, so this is a lost sale every time.

Check the fix

Run the check that reported SERVER_ERROR_ON_FLOW again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
