Checkout could not be completed

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

An agent that meets this stops: it cannot finish the journey, and the shopper is sent to a store where it can.

Trace the step where the agent stalled and make it reachable without visual-only interaction.

Run the check that reported CHECKOUT_FLOW_INCOMPLETE again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
