Getting started

Point tragent at a store, run the first check, and understand what the score means.

  1. Add your store

    A store is one address agents can shop at. Use a staging site if you have one — it is the only place tragent will complete a checkout, and it means a test can never touch a real customer's order.

  2. Connect your platform

    If you are on Shopify, paste an Admin API token and tragent works out the rest: your product feed, a real in-stock item, an out-of-stock one, and where your basket and checkout live. On any other platform you can type those in yourself.

  3. Run a check

    A quick store check takes about a minute and needs no AI model. It reads what an agent would read: your robots rules, your structured product data, your feed. It never buys anything.

  4. Read the score

    The score is how much of the shopping journey an agent can complete, out of 100. A stage that could not be attempted is left out rather than counted as zero, so a focused test does not look like a broken store.
