The journey did not achieve what was asked

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

Most agents fail at this point. The few that find a way round it spend more time and model calls doing so, and may give up before checkout.

The agent finished but returned something the suite did not expect — often the wrong variant or a stale price. Compare the returned data with the page.

Run the check that reported EXPECTATION_FAILED again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
