Terms of service
Last updated October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you act for) and tragent (“we”) for the use of the tragent website, dashboard, API, CLI and CI integrations (the “Service”).
1. Accounts
You need an account for anything beyond the public scanner. Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under them. Owners of an organisation decide who is a member and may remove members at any time. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. What you may test
AI shopping tests and scheduled checks run only against domains your organisation has verified, and you confirm you are authorised to test every site you point the Service at. The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to what you bring: store addresses, credentials you store for test accounts, test plans, traffic events and the reports generated from them (“Customer Data”). You grant us the rights needed to run the Service for you — fetching your pages, storing run evidence, sending page content to the model providers that power the simulated agents — and nothing more. Our privacy policy says what we collect and why.
4. Plans, fees and limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude taxes.
- Each plan has limits (stores, scheduled checks, agent journeys, model spend, seats). At a limit, new work of that kind is refused until you upgrade or the month turns over; existing data is unaffected.
- You can cancel from Settings → Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing period.
5. Real orders and side effects
Simulated agents can add to cart and walk checkout. They are configured not to place real orders unless you explicitly allow it for a store, and you should point them at staging or test accounts. You are responsible for side effects on systems you control (test orders, emails to test addresses, inventory holds).
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We may improve or change features; if we remove something material to a paid plan we will tell you in advance.
7. Disclaimers
Readiness scores, findings and revenue-at-risk figures are diagnostic estimates based on simulated agents and the assumptions you provide. They are not a guarantee of how any third-party AI agent will behave. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that puts the Service or others at risk, and will tell you why where we can. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it except where we must keep it by law.
10. General
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
