Checkout needs a CAPTCHA only a person can pass

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

An agent that meets this stops: it cannot finish the journey, and the shopper is sent to a store where it can.

Exempt verified agents from visual challenges on this flow; a CAPTCHA ends an agent journey unconditionally.

Run the check that reported CAPTCHA_ON_FLOW again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
