What it means

tragent reports this at the “Reach checkout” stage. The question there is “Can it get through checkout?” Every required field has to be labelled, and no step may need a human gesture only a person can make.

What it does to an agent

Most agents fail at this point. The few that find a way round it spend more time and model calls doing so, and may give up before checkout.

How to fix it

Reconcile the agent's success signal with the observed result; an agent that reports success it did not achieve hides real failures from monitoring.

Check the fix

Run the check that reported JUDGE_DISAGREEMENT again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
