What it means

tragent reports this at the “Find products” stage. The question there is “Can an agent find your products at all?” An agent has to reach your site and locate products by searching or browsing before anything else can happen.

What it does to an agent

An agent that meets this stops: it cannot finish the journey, and the shopper is sent to a store where it can.

How to fix it

The target resolves to a private or loopback address, which workers refuse by default. Point the target at a publicly reachable URL, or set TRAGENT_ALLOW_PRIVATE_TARGETS=true on the worker (development only). Results that alternate between runs mean several workers serve this queue and disagree on the setting.

Check the fix

Run the check that reported TARGET_BLOCKED_BY_POLICY again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
