What it means

tragent reports this at the “Find products” stage. The question there is “Can an agent find your products at all?” An agent has to reach your site and locate products by searching or browsing before anything else can happen.

What it does to an agent

An agent that meets this stops: it cannot finish the journey, and the shopper is sent to a store where it can.

How to fix it

Verify the Web Bot Auth signature against the directory named in Signature-Agent and admit what checks out. An agent that can prove who it is has no other way in, so this blocks the well-behaved ones and only them.

Check the fix

Run the check that reported SIGNED_AGENT_REJECTED again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
