No payment method agents can use

tragent reports this at the “Pay” stage. The question there is “Can it pay?” An agent shopping for someone has to be able to complete the payment it was sent to make.

Agents can usually carry on, but more slowly or less sure of what they found, and an unsure agent is likelier to recommend another store.

Enable at least one agent rail: Stripe shared payment tokens through ACP, or a payment handler in your UCP profile.

Run the check that reported PAYMENT_RAILS_NONE_FOR_AGENTS again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
