Your agent card cannot be read

It concerns A2A, the agent discovery. Agent-to-Agent. It lets other agents find and talk to any agent you publish.

Most agents fail at this point. The few that find a way round it spend more time and model calls doing so, and may give up before checkout.

Serve a JSON Agent Card carrying name, url, version, capabilities and skills. A single-page app answering every path with its shell is the usual cause of an unparseable one.

Run the check that reported A2A_AGENT_CARD_INVALID again after the change. The scan needs no account; an issue found during an AI shopping test needs that test run again.
